Satisfaction Guarantee

              If you are not satisfied with your new eyeglass purchase, please contact the office within 30 days of receiving your glasses.  Our opticians will troubleshoot frame fit and lens fit measurements.  If needed, a followup will be scheduled for the doctor to recheck your prescription.  We want to be sure you see, feel and look your best with your new glasses.  If you are having difficulty wearing them after a week of adaptation, please let us know so we can fix it!

Eyeglasses Warranty

              Eyecare Associates of Osawatomie warrants your eyeglasses to be of the best quality materials and free of defects.  The following warranties apply:

  1. Eyeglass Frames: If your frame breaks due to manufacturer defect, the same frame will be replaced free of charge for 1 year from the date of purchase.  Note: Please return all frame parts/pieces without alteration.  Applying superglue or similar products will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
  2. Lenses with a scratch coating or value packaged anti-reflective coatings may be replaced one time within one year of the date of purchase for noticeable surface scratches beyond normal wear and tear from everyday use.
  3. Premium anti-reflective coatings from a gold or platinum level package are warrantied to be free of defects for two years from the date of purchase with up to two times replacement.  This applies to noticeable surface scratches beyond normal wear and tear from everyday use.
  4. Glass lenses do not have a warranty.

Please note:  Warranty does not apply to accidental damage to lenses or frames beyond normal wear and tear. Examples of warranty coverage includes stress fractures, crazing of lens treatments, delamination, stripped screws, dislodged jewels, etc. Examples of non-warranty events include dropping, sitting on, stepping on, running over or chewing damage to glasses.
